This is a perfect way to start your pilates journey with us. We will assist you in getting orientated with the reformer machine and basic pilates principles, as well as the cues used during classes. This is a full body workout taught at a slower pace. Scheduled once a week on a Sunday at 11am.
*This class is suitable for new clients as well as beginner clients
This is a full body workout on the reformer, a slightly slower pace class aimed at progressing form and building strength and endurance. Scheduled Mondays at 10:30am.
*This class is aimed at our newer clients. Progressions will be offered for our regular clients.
This a a challenging full body workout on the reformer with minimal breaks aimed to build strength, endurance and stability. There are a large number of these classes scheduled throughout the week.
*This class is beginner friendly, progressions will be offered and aimed to challenge clients.
Intermediate classes are a challenging full body workout involving props and resistance equipment. You will need strength, control and co-ordination to complete an intense workout of toning and lengthening muscles in a small class environment. These classes fit in as the level between Beginner-Intermediate & Intermediate-Advanced. You will find these classes on the schedule Mondays 8:30am & Wednesdays 6:15am.
This is a challenging full body workout on the reformer, with targeted exercises, challenging different major muscle groups. Get ready to feel the heat! High intensity, faster paced and a step up from the regular intermediate class. There are a large number of these classes scheduled throughout the week.
*Advanced level full body workout on the reformer taught with minimal breaks, aimed to challenge experienced clients.
Take your training up a level with this dynamic class focusing on strength training and conditioning. This full body workout on and off the reformer aimed at building strength and get your heart racing.

Scheduled Wednesday 6:15pm & Friday 12:30pm
Pre & postnatal classes are designed to increase strength in your pelvic floor, abdominals and back muscles to support your baby as it grows and to assist with your postnatal recovery. You are more than welcome to bring bubs to your postnatal classes as long as they are not crawling/walking.
Private & Semi Private sessions are for those that prefer a more personable approach to their workout. If you are looking at semi private or group private it is best that you are of a similar level of fitness to get the most out of your session.
